Who: Ambrosia Gray and YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOU!
What: Bonfire!
Where: Makeout Point.
When: Now!
Warnings: Should be fairly safe.
[ With the fire getting steam, Ambrosia sits back at a safe distance with her hands up a bit. The last time she held any kind of bonfire like this was years ago, but with how things were in Mayfield, she thought that there was a need to have at least some kind of party, however small it may be. ]
Hope ye don't mind if I brought a few extra people, pop 'n mum. Thought tha' ye'd like it.
[ Mingle among yourselves - she won't mind. As long as people are having fun, that's what counts. ]

Talk with Ambrosia
Re: Talk with Ambrosia
Ambrosia. I hope I'm not too early.
[This is said in such a way that shows that he really couldn't care either way. He does sit relatively close to the Pirate, however.]
So, why did you throw this party? Just for the fun of it?
no subject
Ye ain't, love.
[ She offers him a bit of rum with her head on her chin and her arm wrapped around her legs in sort of a protective way. ]
Tha's part of it. Th' other reason is 'cause, well, I'm honorin' me parents' passin' on t' th' next life 'n all. It ain't somethin' I like sharin', so tha's why I kept it kinda vague.
The pirate isn't going to remain quiet
Glad you could make it.
[He supposes he should be courteous at the very least. For Ambrosia's sake.]
Oh great, him again
I don't blame you. That's never something that's fun to talk about.
[And then he notices Marvelous. He gives a small nod, then brings his camera up to take a picture of the Sentai.]
Good to see you here, neighbor.
[Click. Whrrrrr. Tsukasa's being somewhat polite as well, for the time being.]
Behave, boys.
[ Ambrosia can't help but relax her head on Marvelous' shoulder with her legs shifting some in the process. ]
'N yeah, but me reaction wasn't somethin' t' be admired, but ye know? It's in th' past now.
[ Even if she still struggles with it, however... ]

Thanks for setting this whole thing up. It was a good idea.

Don't mention it. As long as ye feel better in th' end, tha's what matters t' me.
[ She rummages around and finds some soda, offering a can to Black*Star. ]
Want one?
no subject
[And yet, he finds himself sitting next to her anyway, taking the can of soda in hand]
Thanks.
[A moment of semi-awkward silence as he opens it and takes a swig]
What about you? Feel any better?

Taking his place on the far side of the log, he takes a bottle of beer from his pack and lifts it toward the fire.]
Here's to ya.
[He opens it up and takes a swig. He needs time to think about how to handle the situation he caused.]

Ye know, I ain't mad fer th' drone stuff. This town likes t' screw with people 'n unfortunately, it decided t' screw with ye. Ye couldn't control it.
no subject
[His eyes look around at the crowd then back at Ambrosia.]
You said to get things off our chests right?
no subject
[ But, she pauses and decides to wrap her arm around him with her hand on his head in an affectionate way. ]
Don't think so negative, 'kay? I've been there before, 'n lemme tell ye - it ain't so pleasant t' try t' get yerself out of tha' spot.
no subject
I'll work on that. I wanna say somethin'...you know, into the fire. It's believed that the spirits can hear through it but, heh, I always thought that was some hokey legend. Now...I'm kinda believin' it right now.
[He turns his head toward the fire and takes another pull from the bottle before he says what's on his mind.]
We never knew each other but...if you're listenin', I'm doin' a'right. I wonder...you know, what you look like.
Heh, I wonder where I get my eyes from.
[He lowers his gaze.]
Anyway, I got my eye on a girl. I think you'll like her. She's shy but sweet. Been thinkin' 'bout askin' her seriously to be mine. I just hope that dronin' didn't ruin it. Heh, if I had any siblings that'll be cool. Guess I'll never know the answer to that huh. Well, I guess that's all I gotta say. I'm never really good with this sort of stuff.
[He looks away from the fire and turns his head away from Ambrosia for a moment.]
Sorry.

Landing was an issue and he ends up dropping the beer as he trips and tumbles. Stopping just short of the bonfire.]

Ye all right, love?
no subject
[He takes the help. Standing up and trying to pick up everything he dropped.]
This the party right?
no subject
Aye! Welcome t' th' party.
