Who: Lily, Remus, James, Sirius, Neville, and friends. Teenagers welcome!
What: Teenagers coping with the aftermath of the event their own way.

It's not above the residents of 1485 Kramden Rd to trick their parents into going out for the night. The drones might find themselves locked out by virtue of Lily's wards, redirecting them towards the porch upon each attempt. The "daughter" would not normally abuse her magic to treat her fake parents in that manner, but the most recent happenings have left the children of the house drained and dispirited.

The living room boasts an appropriate amount of comfort food and some illegally obtained alcohol. The town may collapse on them tomorrow, but for tonight, they're going to wash the bitter aftertaste of this particular reality.

[James can't help but join in, the arm around her squeezing tightly] I mean it! Bloody awful kisser.

[Infectious, isn't it, and perhaps because Lily's not heard laughing that hard often. She dissolves into mirthful tears with the effort.] Right. I'm no longer worried, I think.

You could always prove how much better you are, you know. I won't mind.

[Lily hiccups, considering the invitation as she tilts her head up.] I'm sure you won't.

I'd be quite happy to help, actually...

I can't tell if you're drunk or you're having a laugh. [Lily doesn't let him answer, leaning up to press her lips--and misses--to the corner of his mouth instead of his lips.]

It's generally both... [He murmurs, shifting his lips to kiss her properly, soft and gentle, a smile still in place]

[Does she have too many teeth, she worries for a moment, before sighing and parting her lips. She wants to touch his hair, but James is holding her too close.]

[He kisses her softly, pressing closer, testing the boundaries, his tongue just slipping against her lips]

[James tastes of whiskey and something salty--probably the crisps--and she feels he's drunk enough to be this bold, yet careful enough not to touch her anywhere else.

So Lily threads one hand in his hair, grabbing the back of his head to pull him down with her as she lies down on the sofa.]
