[Previously on Mayfield Adventures, Caesar Silverberg, now evil strategist to the incredibly nefarious Legion of Doom, had become fed up with the gallivanting heroics of Garviel Loken, HERO FOR THE EMPIRE, and had devised a relatively simple plan to deal with him. Once Loken arrived, having been invited to discuss their issues with one another, he would instead throw the switch on the football field's lights and signal his allies to pulverize the pertinacious paragon.

Who will win this ferocious fight? Is this the end of the line for Garviel? Will Underground Justice be in time to save him? Will Luke and Picky be overlooked because they're so gosh darn short? Just what kind of hair product does Baron Wulfenbach use?!

[Why? Why was she even made? Sometimes, Tieria had to wonder about the choices Ribbons made.]

You do not need a massive weapon to take on a motorbike. [Combat bike, whatever.] The point is to minimize collateral damage.

I will not. We are not here to do others favors. Ribbons would be disappointed that you are using the mobile suit he gave you for something akin to sport. [He played the Ribbons card. She might not respect Tieria all that much, but he knew how she felt about Ribbons. He'd been observing since coming to them from Celestial Being.]

[That shuts her up pretty quickly, leaving her gaping. Reluctantly, she lowers her gun.]

Mm. [Tieria frowned, but didn't add to that.]

We should go.

If you say so. [She shuts down the cannon and stows it away.]

I guess I should have checked with you first.

Mm. [Tieria backed down just a little.] I will not report this to Ribbons on our return home.

[She is relieved to hear that and lets out a sigh.] It won't happen again.

[vedaandme]

Good.

We should return to the house before the drones think we are acting too suspiciously.

Right. [She takes one last look down at the figure on the field and heads off towards their house.]
