Because he can't stop himself from making a movie reference, the theme of this year's Prom is "Enchantment Under the Sea". (Don't get too freaked out, Marty McFly.) Equipment has been moved out, seating has been set near tables and walls, and a makeshift stage has been constructed to host the DJing equipment. Quinn has music up until 2010, so a large variety of music will get played. There's plenty of food and drinks - including spiked, and very-much-not-spiked punch (magically protected, thanks to Ilsa). In a corner is a small set up for people who wish to get their photos taken by Tsukasa.

The party is under way - have yourselves a good time, Mayfield!

Not really. I actually miss the school I moved to last year. Never thought I'd say that though.

Surprising things can happen, can't they? [ He winks. ] So you switched schools? Or did you graduate from the first one?

God chooses to gift us in strange ways. [ She giggles. ] I switched schools. My mom got remarried and moved us from New York to Oklahoma.

[ He chuckles. ] That might be the case, yes. And that is quite the move. Unless I remember wrong.

It is quite a move. [ She sighs. ] I feel like we're just talking about me. Why don't we talk about you? Tell me about yourself.

Me? Well, before I was brought here I went to a prestigious private school. If I had still been there I would have moved to the high school department just about last month.

You're just going into high school? [ Wow, he looks way older than that. ]

[watchthenails]

Yes, I am. [ He chuckles. ] But most of us look older than we are. [ Especially Kabaji. ]

Us? [ She tilts her head. ] Are you like, a part of a cult?

[watchthenails]

If you want to call several middle school tennis teams a cult, then yes.

Oh! [ She laughs. ] Sorry. It's just, I've dealt with creepy cult-like-groups before, and I am so not ready to do it again. [ Shaking her head. ] So all of you are younger than you look?

[watchthenails]

[ He laughs. ] I would say so, yes. Especially Kabaji-kun and Rikkaidai's Sanada-kun. They look anything but their age. [ He thinks it over for a second. ] I suppose a few of the first years look their age.
