PROM, PART 2

Who: Everyone!
What: Mayfield Prom
Where: Rec Center
When: May 18 starting at 7:00PM
Warnings: ...Mayfield Prom.

The log will be split into two entries to keep the size manageable. In this thread is the Stage, Wallflowers and King & Queen ceremony!

---

Because he can't stop himself from making a movie reference, the theme of this year's Prom is "Enchantment Under the Sea". (Don't get too freaked out, Marty McFly.) Equipment has been moved out, seating has been set near tables and walls, and a makeshift stage has been constructed to host the DJing equipment. Quinn has music up until 2010, so a large variety of music will get played. There's plenty of food and drinks - including spiked, and very-much-not-spiked punch (magically protected, thanks to Ilsa). In a corner is a small set up for people who wish to get their photos taken by Tsukasa.

The party is under way - have yourselves a good time, Mayfield!

Then you are far far stronger than I. I am quite envious.

Shush. This is just another one of those things you'll see through to the end.
elevatoravatar: (What's that?)

When I return home yes, but for now I too feel a bit lost in the despair of this place.

Don't feel lost. There's a lot of us like you here, you know? People who have lost someone knowing that when they return, they will return to a future that's no good for them or to their death...

All we can do is just stay strong in the meantime.

Perhaps then when I do leave I need to take that book and peer into infinity for a reality that is not true.

[personal profile] gandere 2012-05-25 11:03 am (UTC)(link)
Will it help to do that?
elevatoravatar: (Not burning the books.)

Imagine a book that showed you an infinite number of worlds, perhaps on one of them a solution exists that the others had not thought of. It merely would take forever and a day to do so.
