Neither have I, really... I kept putting them off for once reason or another.

Well, we all have to start somewhere.

...I've never kissed anyone before, either. [HINT ALERT]

... Me either. -Derping so hard he herps.-

Mm, well, like I said... [Allow Lion to make up for the derping, then, because he's going to move a liiittle bit closer.] We all have to start somewhere, don't we?

Y-yeah... -Oh man. Oh man. This was obvious even for him. It was really happening. He had no clue what to do. He swallowed, his face hot red, his breath coming in small pants.-

[To be honest, Lion isn't entirely sure how to go about this either, but at least he can act like he knows what he's doing when he has to. And he knows that right now, he'll have to be direct. So Lion finally closes the distance between them, gently brushing his lips against Tir's before covering them fully in a kiss.]

-It was like... magic. All those cliches about fireworks and stomach full of butterflies and all that nonsense... well it all felt a bit true in that moment. Tir made a small sound before his eyes closed and he found himself returning the gesture, wrapping an arm around the other boy.-

[Lion would have dismissed all that stuff as silly, too, at one point...but everything really does feel magical right now, and not just because of the flowers. Lion hums appreciatively as Tir wraps his arm around him, and he brings his own arms up to wrap around the other boy's neck, pulling himself closer.]

-And it would be the reality of those feelings that would come back to bite, or rather pinch, him in the ass later, no doubt. But in that moment? He could think of nothing else beyond how good it felt to kiss Lion.-

[Neither can Lion. Everything else seems insignificant compared to this. It almost feels like time has stopped before they part for breath, and by the time they do Lion is just as flushed as Tir is.]

How was that...for a start?

... Better than I could have ever imagined, really.

Me too... [Lion had been surprised at how good it felt. The fact that he just kissed another boy probably won't register until after all of this is over, though...]

Part of me just wants to lay here with you all day. Just holding you. I may fall asleep, but... it feels like I would have spent the day well.

I wouldn't mind that at all... [Lion wraps his arms around Tir and snuggles up close to him.] I don't have any pressing engagements or anything.

-Tir nuzzles against Lion's cheek, letting out a content sigh.- Neither do I...

Then we can have the whole day to ourselves. That sounds good to me.

Sounds perfect.-

Mm...we could go upstairs. It would probably be better on the bed than the couch... [Because despite how lovestruck Lion currently is, he'd still rather not be walked in on in the living room. ~~Also despite how this sounds, Lion has no intention of taking this further.~~]

[Lion smiles, though he's still blushing.] Well, I suppose we can sound like idiots together, then.
