[Ran couldn't figure out why, but here he is, at his...job? Why would he work here? It seemed a bit silly now that he thought it over.]

[He sees the serious coworker, efficiently doing her job. It's impressive!]

One of the customers wants her order of orchids, Miss Miakis. Could you get it from the cooler room, please?

Of course.

[Not only is this Miakis productive, she is also pretty quiet. If only her coworker were himself so that he could truly appreciate this.

ANYWAY she shuffles off into the cooler and quickly procures the requested orchids.]

Will that be all? It's been rather slow, lately; I thought I'd take advantage of it and do a little cleaning.

Strange, indeed. I expected the excitement to die down after prom had passed, but this is a bit much...
