Who: Pinkie Pie, Belphegor, Hibari, and anypony else that Pinkie may have asked to come on her way over. It's open!
What: Pinkie's throwing Hibari a birthday party! Even if Hibari doesn't really want one. Belphegor said it would be a good idea!
Where: 1647 Albright
When: The afternoon of May 5
Warnings: It's a Pinkie Pie party. With balloons.



[Pinkie was super-stoked to hear that Belphegor had a friend who was having a birthday, and so she immediately set about doing what she does best--planning a party! She's gathered all sorts of party supplies (you don't want to know how she obtained this many balloons on such short notice), and she's shown up at the front door of 1647 Albright, giggling as she knocks on the door.

She's got a gigantic "HAPPY BIRTHDAY HIBARI" sign, a ridiculous amount of balloons, streamers, confetti, the works. She's dragging most of it behind her on a small wagon, but the wagon's overflowing.
