The People Are Revolting (at Every Opportunity)

Who: BLU Spy and anybody stupid brave enough to join him.
What: Assassination attack on the Police Chief, and then...
When: January 20
Where: City streets, and then City Hall
Warnings: Violence, blood, death. Don't come with the Spy to City Hall unless you're okay with your character losing a regain.



(The Spy lies in wait, cloaked, as the Chief of Police approaches. His instructions to the Sniper were simple: "do your thing". He has no idea if anyone else he spoke to on the phone will be around, but he believes he can make the kill without their help.

He's taken down the Headless Horseless Horsemann with his trusty knife...and the combined attacks of seventeen other men, but details.)

[Engie's wearing a red shirt, and he's even managed to get a hardhat from the hardware store. He's got a shotgun slung across his back, and he's wearing a yellow glove over one hand. There's a hard glint in his eyes that's been missing since he's been in Mayfield, and his mouth is set in a determined line. He climbs up to the watch tower, his tools in a bag.]

(The Sniper's already set up with his rifle from home, lying on his stomach, but not scoped yet, since that would give him away. Instead, he's checking out the path with a pair of binoculars. When the Engineer climbs to the top, he nudges the other man just hard enough to confirm that he's not a Spy, and indicates for him to stay low.)

[Engie follows Sniper's suggestion, and gets down on his knees. He takes out his wrench and shows it the RED, eyebrows raising in question:

[Engie nods. Standing up, he pulls off the glove on his right hand.

Only instead of his right hand, it's the Gunslinger.

He flexes the robotic hand, before he starts working. Dropping a mini-sentry, he starts building up a Dispenser and a Teleporter entrance.]

(Never has the sound of Truckie's builds going up ever echoed so loudly in his ears. He picks up the binoculars and peers through them again.)

[Engie's working as quietly as he can too, but metal is metal, and there's no avoiding the sound of gears going together. Eventually, he does finish up and he gives his friend a thumbs up.]
