What: With Sanguinius' absence, someone needs to take over the resistance

[She knew she'd be droned for about a week, and after that siren the other night, she knows she has to get her act together and build the resistance. Only, she's lost her biggest ally from home, he's now a drone and she has to share a house with him. She could ask Sanguinius for a list, but a quick walk to his house proves that's impossible with him gone, too.]

[Garviel had helped him though, and if they wanted to accomplish anything they'd have to set aside their differences anyway.]

[After a phone call asking for him to meet her at Makeout Point, she leans against a tree and surveys the town beneath her. Anger boiling inside of her at the thought of so many lives being played with to keep a little girl happy.]

[ Garviel shows in a timely manner, fully cased in plate, and heavily armed. He remembers that Major General's tendency towards somewhat violent tests of authority with a degree of fondness, but still, business is business. ]

Major General. I knew we would have to have this discussion at some point, so please, say what you have to say.

[She straightens up and moves a step away from the tree.]

Sanguinius is gone, and I know you were helping him with his recruiting, so I need to know the way things were being organized and our numbers if I'm going to take over.

Simple enough. We kept mental track of every recruit, and their skillset.

Combined with a contact list of phone numbers, that was enough to bring the proper weapons to any undertaking we might have had.

Were you sure all of these people had the proper training and were trustworthy? Reliable?

IF the Primarch took the on, they would be. I made sure to vet all his choice, as I have been a longer term resident of Mayfield than most at this point.

Then I'll take your word on that, I know we have the same goal in mind. I'll be holding a meeting on Wednesday for those who show interest and I think your presence would be a good thing.

Very well. Do you wish me to stay in the shadows, as a proper Mournival member, or do you have another task for me?

I'd like you to spread word about the meeting. I'll be making a call Wednesday morning to announce bingo night at my house for those who would like to participate, Your presence at the meeting will be enough, it will be your decision if you wish to have input on my plans or not.

[ He closes his eyes for a moment, then turns, looking out over the town. ]

We should find a place to build a fortress. Something that will survive even the chaos that so often happens in this place. Something we build with our own hands.

[She nods in agreement.]
