Who: Beatrice and Battler
What: Two rivals live in the same house. What could go wrong? Except everything, anyways.
Where: Prooobably all over Mayfield
When: 08/23
Warnings: Beatrice is a warning of her own, but I doubt there's anything actually warning-worthy happening in this log.

Settling into Mayfield had been relatively easy for the most part. Of course, Beatrice was someone who adapted into strange situations faster than others, considering just what kind of world she was from. And this place was rather simplistic compared to what she created in Rokkenjima.

However, there were still things missing that she wanted here. Ronove, her Teacher, the Seven Sisters of Purgatory. Especially Ronove and Teacher! She had become much too used to their almost constant attention that being placed within a more... human world was also as difficult to get used to as it was easy. At the least, Ronove would still do things that she (wouldn't admit to not being able to do) things that were needed.

Yes, that's right. She was still a bit helpless without her magic. However, to her, as frustrating as it was without such things, she felt as though the human world was interesting and refreshing to be within. However, the game in Rokkenjima was something she wanted to get back to, in time. Having it postponed like this was something that wouldn't do for far too long.

...Though, not having Ronove and the others here... that was all the more reason for her to harass her opponent. She had to keep herself entertained without the others here, right? And who better to bother?

And so, when she spots him in the living room, she grins a bit. It was no surprise that he would busy himself with a mystery novel. Though, she doesn't comment on that just yet. Not until she takes the book from his hands, and closes it herself. "Hey, hey, Battleeeer. As my supposed husband, you should entertain your wife, right~?"

... It was really just teasing. Honestly, a part of her did want him to pay attention to her.
