Who: Celes Chere and Firo Prochainezo
What: "Caring" for the drone children
Where: 1246 Williams Road
When: July 20th
Warnings: Nothing too bad! Cursing, probably
[Firo would like to think that he's dealt with the drone family pretty well, considering how long he's been stuck in Mayfield. If they've ever been cut into tiny pieces, it wasn't his doing.
Still, everyone has their breaking point and today Firo's decided that he just can't deal with those creepy little kids running around the house anymore. They need to go. At least for a day.
That's why Firo now stands in the doorway, holding a baseball bat, with one of the drone kids by his side. She looks at him with a blank smile as he attempts to offer the bat to her. When that doesn't work, he swallows an angry sigh and steps outside, tossing the ball across the street. The kid remains unmoving as he points to where the ball landed.]
Go. Fetch.
[They are just kids, after all, he doesn't want to hurt them. If he can just get them outside and lock the door behind them...]

Once Firo throws a baseball outside, Celes gets closer to the doorway and shrugs.]
What are you trying to do?

[The unexpected voice nearly makes him jump. He relaxes when he sees that it's just her, and not some vengeful Mayfield construct popping up to protect the kids.]
Oh, it's you.
[He glances out of the corner of his eye at the drone child and sighs through gritted teeth.]
I'm tryin' to get her outside. And the other one, too, if I can find him.
[Considering the bat and ball are stolen from the kid's room, the drone might come by its own volition.]

[She watches the drone girl remain in place near the doorway, not falling for Firo's plans to get her to go outside.]
Maybe she'd rather play with a doll, or something. Is there one in her room? I haven't bothered to check.

[He steps away from the door and lets it fall shut. She brings up a good point and he taps his chin as he considers it. The only reason he's using the baseball stuff is because it's what he could find lying in the yard. Too bad there aren't many toys that the two kids share.]
I guess there's not much else they'd let her have, huh? Hey, do you think if I put their food out there, they'd both go after it?
[Or they'd just hound "mom" for it.]

[She turns around and begins to head toward the staircase, but stops when she hears Firo's next suggestion.]
Food?
[She faces him again, with a stern expression on her face.]
They are just drones, but I don't think they'd go for that. Besides, it'd be a waste of food if they don't eat it.

Huh? Relax, if it's on plates we can just bring it back in and eat if they don't touch it.
