[After a conversation with Ruri a few weeks ago regarding hooking up his husktop to the wireless network she'd created, Karkat has been trying to work on it. Alien technology is not that easily compatible with human technology, but they had been able to talk to the humans during Sburb, so he'd figured it would be possible with some tweaking.
Unfortunately, he's spent the last few weeks trying to tweak his computer and all he'd been able to get it to do is to completely crash at random intervals. Even if it isn't possible to hook it up to the human network, he'd at least like to get Trollian working between those of them who have husktops, but he's had no luck with that, either.
Finally, and very regretfully, he had no other option but to show up at Sollux's with his husktop.]
