Who: Niou and Belphegor
What: With the effect of the Valentine's day roses having worn out, these's been ~~a whole lot of~~ some thinking and they finally meet again after a while.
Where: At school, and then either of their houses.
When: March 2rd
Warnings: These two boys in general are plenty bad enough for a warning or five.

[ Okay so Valentine's day had been nice. Really nice, actually. Afterwards had just been weird though. And... he hasn't really seen Niou since the 14th. Well, he's been busy thinking. About that...on Valentine's.

Damn Niou, you're really messing with this guy's head, you know that?

He's spacing out enough to walk right into the mentioned guy too. ]

[ Yeah, Niou had been doing his fair share of thinking. It was dumb. Really, really dumb, and it wasn't even really his fault. He was pretty sure a nice friendship had been fairly screwed over, and it was Mayfield's fault.

His natural reaction for when somebody runs into him is to, well, yell. ]

Hey, watch- [ Oh, hello there object of his troubles. ] Oh.

[ Considering how many friends Bel's got here, and in his own world, he'd rather not lose Niou because of one of Mayfield's ideas of livening up things.

Oh oops. Hey there yourself. ] ...Hi.

[ Yeah, fuck Mayfield.

Oh shit wait he totally isn't prepared for this. What the fuck is he supposed to say. ] ... Hi. [ Well, not that. Why doesn't his intelligence and vocabulary always leave him when it really counts? ]

[ What, Bel's supposed to be a genius and he's feeling as smart as a...goldfish. Or that Lambo-kid.

He's been thinking and all, but he's not done with it yet. ] ...Yeah. [ He's not feeling like a genius right now. ]

[ Yeah, he hasn't gotten to the confrontation part of his thought process. ]

[ Wait, this is stupid. So, yeah, maybe they were in love for a day. And maybe Niou isn't too opposed to the idea. He didn't hate it, at least. And maybe there were a few lingering feelings, but they were small, and probably just stupid side effects. And Bel sure as hell didn't have to know any of this. ]

So Mayfield likes to fuck shit up. This is my surprised face. [ Perfect poker face over here. ]

[ Side effects, right. That's entirely possible! How long are they going to last though, cuz it's messing with Bel's head. But he'll think more about that later.

Yeah, that just made him laugh. ] You look rea~lly surprised. But yeah, they're not gonna stop the whole screwing people over-thing. [ Well at least he was actually okay with this one. ]

[ Yeah, the fading would be nice. Niou keeps having these silly interfering thoughts.

A grin. ] Wasn't countin' on it. It'd be nice if they gave us a break though.

[ It is getting quite bothersome. ]

Totally. A vacation free of their crap or something. A really long vacation. [ A beat. ] You planning on staying in school til last class?

A forever vacation. [ Raising an eyebrow. ] Now what's usually the answer to that question?

[ Oh come on Niou, his brain's just starting to work right now. But yeah, that's a stupid question. ] Then let's do something fun.

[ Grinning. ] Sure. Got somethin' in particular in mind?

I said I was gonna try make ice cream, so how bout that?

[ Shrug. ] Sure. There's probably all sorts of cookbooks lying around the kitchens if we need one.

Never cooked seriously in my life, so yeah we'll probably need it. [ He's not stupid enough to think he can do it from scratch without a recipe. Genius or not. Unless he wants to make a disaster out of the kitchen. ]

[ They'll probably make a disaster out of the kitchen anyway. ]

You're place or mine?

[ Oh hey, that didn't sound suggestive at all. ]

[ Of course. That's gotta be at least half the fun, right? ]

Doesn't matter to me~

[ So he'll drag Niou back to his place. Niou hasn't been there yet anyway. ]

[ Yep, Niou's perfectly fine with this as long as no ax-murderers are home! ]

[ No worries, one of the worst murderers is right next to you already, and he'll actually protect you if someone tries to kill you, Niou. ]

[ Well isn't that heart warming. That's actually a good thing, because Niou would probably lose in a fight against an actual murderer. ]

[ In that case, it's totally a good thing. He's got a real pro on his side. ]

[ Yes it is. Although he really hopes Bel won't ever have to save his ass. Talk about looking like a pussy. ]

[ Aw, don't want a knight in shiny armour? That's more of an assassin in bloody knives, but who cares about the details? Sure would be best if he didn't get in trouble like that at all though. ]

[ Ideally, he's supposed to be the knight in shining armor. But it doesn't look like it'll turn out that way. Not with Bel, anyway. ]

[ Pretty hard when Niou fights his battles on the tennis court, not on the field.

[ At least he can still play tennis like nobody's business. Bel, if there's ever a tennis match you need won, Niou's your man.
