[After that memory incident-where he was actually getting along with Amaimon (sans the destruction they caused on the town) Rin's found himself in a bit of an odd footing. The things his 'brother' did were still bad, but he couldn't blindly loathe him right now.

Fortunately he's not under the affect of any flowers that might inhibit this feeling.]

...What are you doing?

[Amaimon was checking out the flowers that have been springing up everywhere, entirely in spite of the weather. What a strange phenomenon. Even his greenmen weren't responsible for this! He looks up from picking a carnation, then stands.

...then stares quietly at Rin. Just. Staring.



Something isn't right here.]

( Yukio doesn't need lilies to get the feelings he feels at the sight of Amaimon, especially after everything that happened last month. There is some curiosity as to just what he might be doing because the last thing Mayfield needed were houses with cars thrown through them...

But flowers? That just causes him to look at the demon even more curiously. )

[Amaimon is, surprisingly, not throwing anything through anything today. He's collecting flowers. Yeah, that's right, flowers. Got a problem with that?

He stops doing that when he notices he's being watched, though.]

... [Oh. That guy.] What do you want?

( Wow, Amaimon, wow.

Although he's surprised about being addressed, he doesn't let it show beyond tilting his head. )

... Nothing.

[HATERS TO THE LEFT.

Yukio's made the mistake of lingering to stare, because Amaimon closes the distance between them with a hop. Now all up in his personal space, Amaimon is, for once, taking a good look at him.

Are they really related...? When this one is nothing but a human?]

Hmmm.

( Oh god, what he hates the most. )

[Lyon's still wandering around under the effects of pitcher plant, and hasn't yet collapsed into an embarrassed heap due to yesterday's iris and red rose related shenanigans, so let's have her bump into Mr. Silverberg somewhere in town.]

I suppose if I am not going to kill Rin, I shouldn't kill you, either. Even if you are very annoying.

[What kind of statement is that? Well, likely Amaimon's flower-induced attempt to make peace. He just can't find it in him to try and rip Yukio's spine out today, though normally he should have found that an excellent idea. Very strange. So, instead of spine-ripping-induced death, Amaimon picks a flower out of the bunch he's gathered and hands it to over to the exorcist.

Most likely milkweed, but whatever. It's not like he's picking any kind in particular.

[The Mr. Silverberg in question happens to be out on a walk in some failing attempt to rid himself of the despair of, well, rejection. Oh sure, she said she would think about it, but you know how that goes... Lyon's hardly important enough to pay attention to as he trudges on by.]

Caesar? What's wrong? Hard at work on something as usual?

Hmm? [He stops to look at her. Oh. Just Lyon.] Uh, kind of. It just hasn't panned out yet.

[Tensing up the longer Amaimon stares.]

[He finally blinks and answers as he fixes the carnation through whatever button hole in his coat breast pocket has.]

I was only looking at the flowers, little brother. They are very strange.

This whole place is weird. [And so is this conversation.]

...You're not the one that made them all appear?

Maybe. Though if there's a strategy for how to handle women, I sure don't know it...

[ MORNING SORA. As you exit your room for the very first time since waking, you may notice a Lan Fan standing on the door frame casually and like a statue.

Oh boy oh boy. Can't you tell that today is going to be a fun day? ]

[On a fine day like this, with flowers blooming everywhere, Viki couldn't resist going out for a walk around the neighborhood. It's not long before she stops to pick a pretty pink carnation off a nearby bush, continuing on her merry way.

...Oh hey, is that a familiar redhead down the street?]

How considerate, but the feeling is at least mutual in one respect.

( Yukio can't believe the words as far as he could probably throw Amaimon, so the slight glare doesn't yet up. No, not until the flower is picked from the bunch in the demon's arms and handed his way.

Possible. But broccoli-haired sorta half-brothers handing over flowers is pretty high up there on the weirdness scale.

And Yukio is just staring that thing down, possibly wondering if he should dump holy water on it and call it a day. )

[It is!

A familiar redhead with some very red flowers, though now that he's gotten them, he's forgotten why. Why had he thought he should get roses for Virginia at all? So Viki has caught him in that moment of sheer confusion before what he's done in the past few days hits him in a wave of dread. Lucky for Caesar, he'll soon be too distracted again for that realization to ever come down on him today.

Or maybe not so lucky, but eh.]

With Lan Fan standing so still, Sora, still yawning and rubbing sleep from her eyes, walks out of her room and right by her without even a glance. Mm, obviously Kyouka just got a weird ninja statue, that's all, sounds pretty legit, it could happen. Now to totter over towards the stairs...
