[Coming to work meant avoiding the issue of drones at home, so Dr Wallace has shown up, sourced his office with no small amount of surprise and intends to make the best of things. For now. The sudden appearance of flowers, flowers everywhere is making the back of his throat itch.]

Can you tell me where the dispensary is?

I take it you're new here? I'm Martha Jones. Really, Dr. Jones, but this place doesn't like women being doctors. It's ridiculous.

I'm used to new arrivals, you might say, having been here for a few months. It's not obvious, not really. You look like you belong in the setting, and it's very nice to see a doctor that takes his work as seriously as you appear to.

My training was in emergency medicine. I worked in a trauma unit before taking a position with a division of the United Nations, doing work in the field after a natural disaster.

But the town seems to think I'm a general practice nurse. I don't know why it's so focused on general practice when there are trained surgeons and emergency medicine practitioners here. It doesn't make a bit of sense.
