Because he can't stop himself from making a movie reference, the theme of this year's Prom is "Enchantment Under the Sea". (Don't get too freaked out, Marty McFly.) Equipment has been moved out, seating has been set near tables and walls, and a makeshift stage has been constructed to host the DJing equipment. There's plenty of food and drinks - including spiked, and very-much-not-spiked punch (magically protected, thanks to Ilsa). In a corner is a small set up for people who wish to get their photos taken by Tsukasa.

The party is under way - have yourselves a good time, Mayfield!

-This time, there was very little hesitation. She was here for Marisa, and to have the night of her life as promised. And they had a pretty difficult precedent to beat from last time. Not that she had any doubts.

And unlike last time, she managed to craft her own dress, making it all the more special.-

[Marisa knew she had set the bar high for herself. Okay, yes, she didn't remember it all because of the damn memory issues, but Patchouli had told her. She had a benchmark to work from. It would be tough, but she'd do it.

And it started with wearing something different than expected. The suit looked good on her. Her hair was pulled back in a low ponytail and she was very proud of having learned to tie the tie herself. And with a pretty pink and white corsage for Patchouli, there they were at the Prom.]

"Enchantment Under the Sea" sounds like the name of a spell you'd make.

Now that you mention it, I think I do have a spell like that...

[Marisa laughs and takes Patchouli's hands, pulling her steadily along as she backed toward the dance floor.]

What does it do?

I honestly can't recall. I think it was just an illusion spell designed to recreate coral reefs...

...what's a coral reef?

[It's a slow song, so Marisa pulls Patchy close once out on the floor.]

Mm... I'll show you some time. For now... -She moves into position, resting her head against Marisa's shoulder.-

Just dance with me, love...

[Marisa's arms wrap about Patchy and she presses a kiss to the wizard's temple before moving to the music.]

There's nothing right now I want more.

-Same for Patchouli. Ah, this was what she'd been looking forward to, more than anything. A moment with Marisa in that perfect romantic remembrance of that night they truly came together as one.-

[Marisa stays silent for a while as they dance. Her eyes closed, head leaning against Patchy's, she is truly happy.]

Gods, I love you.

I love you too... so much... I can't thank you enough for just being here with me...

[Yup. Totally going to tilt Patchy's head up and kiss her right there on the dance floor.]

-It was a perfect moment for it, really. Patchouli returned the kiss, letting out a soft sound.-

[Marisa kissed Patchouli soft and fully, lips plying hers without care to who might see them. The hand on her back slid down low and gave a gentle squeeze as Marisa hummed.]

-Patchouli squeaked a bit at the squeeze, eyes opening and glaring at the witch. Watch the hands, lover.-

[Marisa meets that glare with a cheeky grin. But she moves her hand back up and sweeps Patchouli across the dance floor.]

-Which inspires a giggle from her, ending the glare quickly enough.-

[Marisa twirls Patchouli, spinning her out and then back in.]

You're radiant, love.
